Can I upgrade my license?

Yes, you can upgrade your license at any time you want. You’ll only have to pay the difference between your current license and the new one. For more details contact us directly.

What happens if I don’t renew my license after one year?

The plugin will continue to function as before, but you’ll not be able to update it anymore and you will also not have access to our Support Forum. You are not required to renew the license each year, but it’s recommended to do it for as long as you plan to use the plugin.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we will consider refunds, but only if there is a non-workable issue, which is only determined after a 10-day hands-on troubleshooting and debug period. You, the publisher, will work closely with our team to quickly identify the problem, at which point, we will likely find the conflict. (See Refund Policy)

Why is Google Webmaster Tools throwing an error after submitting my Google News Sitemap?

You would have to identify which error in particular you are receiving. But common causes include failing to check the “Exclude Article” checkbox field in the meta box when editing or creating a new post that is potentially filled with content Google prohibits you from including in the News Sitemap.

Further, check to make sure you used the correct sitemap path provided in the “Submit Sitemap To Webmaster Tools” post box on the “Google News Sitemap” admin page. If you uploaded the plugin into another folder or subdirectory, then you will have to adjust the url you submit, accordingly. The WordPress Google News Plugin assumes you will upload the files in the plugin directory only.

You can always contact us if you need help identifying the problem. However, remember the plugin writes an actual News Sitemap to your public html directory, which you can view for yourself in order to see where you may have went wrong.
